Training

Field closures for training are updated daily at 2:30pm by Canterbury Bankstown Council. Once updates are in, the information will be communicated to our members via our website - Grounds Status on our Home Page - and via our Facebook and instagram pages. You can also check on by calling the Sportng Fields Availability number • 1300 655 180 Please note that in some circumstances the Directors of the Club may choose to close the fields contrary to Council advise.

Match Day

If fields are closed in the 2:30pm report on a Friday, they will be closed for the duration of the weekend unless otherwise notified by Council, however our General Manager will notify the Coaches and Managers of teams accordingly. Should inclement arise from Friday night, BDAFA and hosting Clubs will make the decision whether grounds will be open for play. Our General Manager will notify teams accordingly. PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT THE GENERAL MANAGER RE FIELD CLOSURES AND GAME CANCELLATIONS. Once the GM has the information they will pass it on accordingly, but if they have multiple people contacting them it only delays the process.
